The following are terms and conditions for the sales of goods that will govern the contract for sale that we enter into with you.
These terms and conditions inform you of the rights and obligations you have.
You may have other rights granted by law and these terms and conditions do not affect these.
They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer

If you need to contact us for any reason please ring in the first instance 01260 278 111 where any of our staff should be able to help you.

By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use you personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors).

We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address above.

The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into existence when your order has been accepted by us in accordance with these terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order via our site does not constitute acceptance of an order.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT.

Details of our delivery charges are set out on the order form.

All purchases over £200 are posted free of charge to the UK Mainland.

Overseas customers should e-mail us first to determine the cost of delivery.

Prices are correct at time of order and relate to internet purchases only.

Every effort has been made to provide accurate representations of the goods through images and description. However there may be small variations of colour when items are viewed online compared to the physical goods. By using this site you have accepted this.

Payment can only be made in pounds sterling and by credit cards listed on this site.

Your credit card will be debited, just before dispatch.

The title of the goods does not pass to you until payment has been made, received by us and the goods delivered to you.

All orders will be dispatched within seven days (some much quicker than this) of your order being confirmed unless we notify you otherwise. We will do this by e-mail within 48 hours of receiving your order.

All products are sent by a courier of our choice and deliveries must be signed for, unless instructions are given by you at the time of purchase.

If instructions are given to leave goods without a signature, then delivery is deemed to have taken place at the point the instructions are carried out by our couriers.

The couriers’ records of any delivery, whether signed for or not are definitive.

We expect you to unpack and inspect the products within 24 hours of receipt.

You will be deemed to have accepted the products unless during the period which starts on the day after delivery and lasts for 7 days you inform us otherwise.

You have the right to cancel, from when you place the order to 7 days after delivery

If when you receive your products, they are damaged or substandard, please email us within 5 days. We will send you a replacement and your postage costs will be credited to your card account. Alternatively if you wish we will issue a full credit on its return to us.

If you are not satisfied or simply change your mind, then please e-mail us within 5 days. When you have received a reply, it will be your responsibility and cost to send us back the products in the original packaging, by a reputable courier.
